• Delays due to courier issues or force majeure are not the responsibility of HighBest.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
• Only faulty or incorrect items may be returned.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.
• Once verified, we will issue a credit note or replacement.
• Please contact us before returning anything.
